How the ISA works

You're placed on a Srida engagement at month 2 post-training. Your share of the client billing is ₹70,000 / month. Here's exactly what happens.

  • 1-5 years of work experience in GRC, IT audit, compliance, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, or related.
  • Any bachelor's degree, graduated 2020 or later (B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BA / LLB).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
  • Strong written English — most output is client-facing.
  • Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude / Copilot) for daily knowledge work.
  • Right to work in India.

  • Certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CIPP/E, CIPM, DCPP, DCPLA, PCI ISA.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

45 days isn't long. Is this enough to learn DPDPA / ISO 27001 / PCI DSS properly?

The fellowship doesn't try to make you a 10-year expert in 6 weeks. It makes you a competent operator of the Srida AI agent suite, fluent enough in your chosen track to be deployable on real engagements under senior partner supervision. Depth comes from on-the-job engagements after training. Most traditional bootcamps that run 12-16 weeks are inefficient — we cut the fluff.

What if no engagement opens up for me?

You owe Srida ₹0. You keep the training, certificate, AI fluency, and sponsored external cert. We absorb the training cost as the cost of building the talent pipeline.

Can I take other employment while on the bench?

Yes — between training completion and your first Srida engagement, you're free. Your only obligation is to give Srida 7-day notice if you want to decline an engagement offered to you (after which you lose first-right-of-refusal).

What if I get an engagement, then want to leave Srida for another company?

You can. The ISA continues for the remaining months / cap based on your last Srida engagement earnings. We're not trying to lock you in — we're recovering training cost from people we actually deployed.

Is the ISA enforceable in India?

Yes — ISA agreements are valid contracts under the Indian Contract Act. Repayment is tied to demonstrable Srida engagement billing, not arbitrary penalties. Standard template, counsel-reviewed; full terms shared at offer stage.

What counts as a 'Srida engagement'?

Any client work where Srida bills the client and pays you a share. Excludes pure internal Srida work, pro-bono engagements, training-the-trainer gigs.

Can I drop out during training?

Yes, anytime. You forfeit pool entry and the certificate. No financial penalty. (We'd rather you self-select out than coast through.)

Fast-track vs standard — who decides?

You + your training lead, by end of Week 3. Fast-trackers must show top-quartile performance in Weeks 1-3 assessments. Most fellows finish in 6 weeks; we estimate 20-30% will fast-track.

Why 'ISA' and not a normal salary?

Because hiring 40 people on full salary for engagements that don't yet exist is bad math for everyone. The ISA lets us train at scale without raising fees that would lock out high-potential candidates. You take zero financial risk; we take all of it until you're deployed.
