The 90-day path
Performance-graded throughout. Movement through each stage is contingent on the previous; no auto-pass.

Foundations + portal onboarding
Profile completion, administration fee processing, AI screening kicks off after Day-3.
- Week 3-4
Technical evaluation
Phase-2 technical scenarios across your chosen domain; 30+ recorded sessions of judgement-under-pressure.
- Week 5-8
Specialisation track
Live cohort sessions with senior consultants. Project-based assessment with real client data anonymised for training.
- Week 9-12
Client-readiness + final evaluation
Phase-3 scenario reasoning + Phase-4 live interview. Top candidates enter the bench-ready talent pool.

Pay ₹249 → enrol in Cohort 2026
After AI screening, pay the one-time ₹249 administration fee to lock in your seat in Cohort 2026. Training begins shortly — mentor-led reviews, deliverables, and live client engagements over the 90 days. Selection for the consultant bench is performance-based during / after training.
About the ₹49 AI screening fee
A one-time fee unlocking 5 detailed AI scans of your resume + profile against the framework you applied for (DPDPA, ISO 27001, ITGC, PCI DSS). Pays for the LLM compute and detailed framework-wise feedback. Not refundable once any scan has been consumed.
About the ₹249 administration fee
Collected once your AI screening clears — secures your seat in Cohort 2026. Covers training infrastructure, mentor time, integrity-monitoring during in-program assessments, and admin overhead for the 90-day programme. Refundable per policy if onboarding is interrupted on our side.
Integrity throughout the program
During in-program assessments and live client work, tab switches, copy-paste behaviour, typing rhythm, and answer similarity are all monitored. This protects every honest candidate. The same standards apply during deployment with clients.
