DPDPA — Security Safeguards: Implementation & Audit
India’s DPDPA makes “reasonable security safeguards” a legal duty. In 15 live mornings, go from the law to implementing the safeguards and auditing them.
Admissions in progress — the batch begins 2 November 2026. Message us on WhatsApp and our team will share the full brochure, schedule and how to join.
Why this program
The DPDPA duty most teams can’t yet evidence
Every organisation handling personal data in India must apply reasonable security safeguards — and be able to prove it. Most training stops at the law. This program is built around that one obligation: understand it, implement the controls, and audit the evidence. Security safeguards done right also carry across ISO 27001, SOC 2 and the rest of your compliance.
Understand the law
The DPDPA and the draft DPDP Rules — what the safeguards duty actually requires.
Implement the safeguards
Access, encryption, logging, change, backup and vendor controls — built, not just named.
Audit the evidence
Map data, run a DPIA, test the controls, and pass a readiness assessment.

Do I need a background?
No. We build the context as we go. Some IT or compliance familiarity helps, but it isn't required.
Is this only the law, or hands-on?
Both — and the emphasis is on doing. Roughly a third is the law, a third is implementing the security safeguards, and a third is auditing them.
Is this an accredited certification?
